3 for 1…MTW Feb 8 – 10

3 for 1 and then I will be all caught up! Yeah!

Monday Feb 8:

Breakfast was Myoplex.

Morning snack was glass of Motts 100% All Natural Apple Juice.

Lunch was MF chicken patty with American cheese and lettuce, 28 pretzel sticks and 1 rainbow chips deluxe cookie.

Dinner was a new recipe. You layer bottom of 13 by 9 pan with crescent rolls (uncooked). Then, you layer with chili and cheese. Next, you place another layer of uncooked crescent rolls on top and bake for about 35 minutes. It was pretty darn good. I had mine with some sour cream. I liked it. Next time, I think I will try it with chicken chili. Had it with some broccoli.

Dessert was a homemade rice krispie treat square.

Tuesday Feb 9:

Breakfast was Myoplex.

Morning snack was glass of Motts 100% Natural Apple Juice.

Lunch was MF chicken patty with American Cheese and lettuce, 28 pretzel sticks, 1 rainbow chips deluxe cookie and a Snapple Diet Iced Tea.

Dinner was a Red Barron frozen pizza and broccoli. I ate the entire pizza which I wasn’t planning on doing.

Dessert was a homemade rice krispie square.

Wednesday Feb 10th:

Breakfast was Myoplex.

Morning snack was a glass of Motts 100% Natural Apple Juice.

Lunch was MF chicken patty with American cheese and lettuce, 28 pretzel sticks and 1 rainbow chips deluxe cookie. Had a Diet Arizona Iced Tea with it.

Afternoon snack was a 90 calorie oatmeal raisin Chewy bar.

Dinner was double decker tacos. They were great. I had 5 of them. Delish! Also had broccoli.

Dessert was a homemade rice krispie square. Yummy.

Fantasy Baseball sign-ups were today!!! Signed up both of my teams and have my live drafts a week apart from each other…both in March. I can’t wait!
