Playing Catch-Up Sat Feb 6 and Sun Feb 7

So I am trying to play Catch-Up! I was planning on doing this post on Sunday night, but you will soon find out why I was unable to. Then, I haven’t had any time at night to do any posts. What a pain.

Saturday Feb 6:

Breakfast was Myoplex.

Nothing for morning snack.

Lunch I had a PB&J on wheat bread with a few pita chips. I wasn’t all too hungry and knew I was going to eat a lot for dinner. So I really just needed something to hold me over.

Dinner was Red Robin. I didn’t bring the camera, so I have no pictures. I had a burger with cheddar cheese and fries. Everything was good. The burger isn’t Five Guys like but it was still good. The fries were really yummy with the Red Robin seasoning. The horrible waitress totally ruined it though. You get unlimited fries there and this lady took the entire meal to bring us a 2nd helping. Ugh.

Sunday Feb 7th Superbowl:

Breakfast was Myoplex.

Lunch was celery sticks and peanut butter. I knew I would be pounding my face in with dinner!

Dinner we hosted a party and made the following items. Appetizers were, veggie tray, hot and cold spinach dip, Hawaiian bread, chips, shrimp, wings and I think that’s everything. I ate way too much spinach dip and bread. Both were soo good. For dinner we made sliders, cheese fries, onion rings and sweet potato fries. I had 4 sliders, a few cheese fries and a few sweet potato fries. For dessert, we made home made rice krispie treats and peanut butter cup cookie ice cream pie. I had about 2 bites of the pie and felt totally sick. I ended up spending the next 30 plus minutes puking and felt sick the rest of the night. Not totally sure what did it to me since I really didn’t eat too much.

So…that is why I didn’t get to post on Sunday. I am going to try to get totally caught up tonight.
