OMG
OMG…I can’t believe the last time I posted was in February! That is crazy and totally unacceptable. I don’t know why I stopped posting…it just kind of happened. Lately, I have been totally in to reading food blogs and decided I must get back to mine. I have decided to change mine a bit though. Instead of just talking about everything I eat, I am going to do a review of one of the items each day. Or one entire meal…it just depends. I am also going to include my daily workouts. So here we go. Let’s hope I keep on chugging and don’t fade away like before!

The Review: Small Tots
So, the Sonic here in Naples is about 30 mins from my house. I don’t get to go there too often but am a HUGE fan of their drinks! I am a Diet Coke LOVER and I love the fact that I can add vanilla to theirs. Whenever I am anywhere nearby, I grab a drink. I normally don’t eat anything from Sonic. No one else in my family really cares for it. I think their food is pretty good. And, I am a huge Tater Tot fan. (Another thing no one in my family really likes). So today, I was pretty darn hungry. I reviewed Sonic’s nutritional menu and found the Small Tots have only 120 calories. I said, SWEET and went with that.
I ordered my Rt. 44 Diet Coke add Vanilla and my Small Tots at the Drive Thru and received my order very quickly. The Tots were very hot when they came out. I got quite a few Tots for a small order and was left full and satisfied at the end. I did find a few of them to be a little bit too salty, but overall, they were all perfect. I ate the Tots as is and did not use any ketchup or dipping sauces. I had to let the Tots sit for a few minutes before I could even eat them. They tasted great. I bit into most of them but did pop a few of them whole. The texture is crispy and the taste is good throughout. For a $1, you get a great value. And the 120 calories is pretty manageable. I really enjoyed these Tots. The only con I can find is the few that were a little bit too salty. Otherwise, they are great tasting and a great price. I recommend them to anyone who likes Tots and to anyone who wants a cheap/quick snack. Overall rating, A.
